Valencia Rose Hair: Worst Customer Service EVER

Being a make-up artist and hair stylist, I am obsessed with all things image related and have been wearing hair extensions since around the age of 12 back when I got my first synthetic pony tail clip in. Since that time I would like to think I have progressed slightly within the world of hair extensions and have gone on to pay hundreds of pounds to find the most luxurious hair within my price region. After religiously following a lot of Youtubers I came across a brand called Valencia Rose who seemed to be getting a lot of praise for their products even from some of the biggest youtubers. One of their main ambassadors (not sure what the proper term would be but we'll call her that) is called Tyme.

I have always thought Tyme looks incredible and she claims to only wear Valencia Rose Hair, no other brand/company so after watching many of her hair transformations I was really eager to get some of their hair. Turns out this was a very big mistake...

Makeup Revolution Advent Calendar 2015: It's Downfall

This year I was lucky enough to get my hands on some sort of make-up advent calendar! Mine in particular was the Makeup Revolution London brand. I'm planning to do a full review on this calendar just after Christmas to let you know my full thoughts and also give you a little haul of all the little bits and pieces. Before I sing it's praises though I'm just going to have my self a little moan about certain items in it... Nail polishes!!!

Where To Go Next? My Education Dilemma

Last year at the end of studying my Level 2 qualification in Hairdressing I applied for University in the hopes of studying make-up at a higher level and being the most educated I could possibly be. I applied to 4 universities but I was declined by all others apart from University of Birmingham, which I got an unconditional offer from. If you don't know the difference between what offers you can get from Universities then you're not alone because neither do I really but I think there's:

• Unconditional - basically no matter what you do or what grades you get you've definitely got the place with them
• Conditional - as long as you get your predicted grades then you will have a place with them, anything under that and you may not be taken on
• Unsuccessful - not sure what exact wording they use but that's where they've declined your application for whatever reason.  

Covering Grey Hair & Becoming a Hair Extension Specialist

Yesterday evening I had a lovely client in for a root retouch at Sussex Coast College to cover her grey regrowth. I've always thought to myself once I get to the stage where I start to become grey I'd always go lighter to a soft beige blonde, definitely helps to break up that regrowth line we all dread!

What To Get Your Girlfriend For Christmas 2015

Hi guys! I had this idea for a post when I was sat here aimlessly searching the internet for something similar on what to buy my boyfriend this year. Now from my point of view I think it's ridiculously hard to find a present for men but I'm sure everyone thinks the same about the opposite sex to them! American Make-up Haul

Unfortunately I wasn't the lucky one who got to go to America it was actually my boyfriend who went on a trip to Las Vegas and offered to get me a few make-up bits (sweetheart). After years of looking at make-up I wish I could get easily over here in the UK, when faced with the actual time to pick what to get my mind literally went blank. After a week I managed to create just a small list of items that I wanted and now they've safely arrived here in the UK with me!
